I'm Ahmad Najmi bin Amerhaider Nuar, a Malaysian Senior Lecturer in the Department of Applied Computing and Artificial Intelligence, Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia — and Founder & CEO of NexScholar Sdn. Bhd.

My scholarly identity is grounded in Information Systems, with a primary focus on Digital Innovation in Organisations. I use Design Science Research to investigate how people, processes, information, and emerging technologies come together to transform work and decision-making.

Outside the lab and lecture hall, I'm a web developer at heart. I spend a lot of time with PHP, WordPress, and JavaScript, and I'm equally happy talking about research methodology or shipping a new product feature.

I'm easy-going, outgoing, and I genuinely enjoy meeting new people. When I'm off the clock you'll find me playing video games or getting lost in a good playlist.
